Both were pictures taken with my camera phone. I have some pictures of Zippy but I've taken those with a regular (film) camera and haven't gotten them developed yet. Permalink Thursday, July 24, 2003 ( 12:43 AM ) MB I was looking at Buy Music.com to see what kind of selection they offer. I have no problem with the idea of paying for songs I download. In fact, I would rather pay and be assured of getting a good quality file (and not have to worry about downloading something that could harm my computer.) I have mixed feelings about what I found. Some songs by artists that I searched for had samples I could listen to but the songs/album wasn't available for purchase. There was nothing by Marcia Ball or Ruth Brown. On the other hand, there were a few Etta James songs and many Eric Clapton/Cream/Dominos selections. Permalink Wednesday, July 23, 2003 ( 11:52 PM ) MB I was reading a section on Boycott Hollywood about Legally Blonde 2 and PETA. It had a quote from a PETA member: What we must do is start viewing every cow, pig, chicken, monkey, rabbit, mouse and pigeon as our family members. (Original source) I occasionally consider my children to be monkeys but I don't think that's quite the same as considering monkeys to be family. I consider cows, pigs, and chickens to be dinner.
